                              Returns & Exchange Policy

If Not satisfied then full refund on item.

If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 7 days of receipt. Currently we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below. After that you can re-order the style you want.

 You can initiate the returns by logging into your Crownly Account.

     Raising the return request:-

• Log into your account.
• Go to My orders
• Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
• Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
• Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.

• You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.

 Refunds                                                                                                        

• Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we shall initiate the refund.
• For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments/e-Wallets, we shall refund to your account/card through which you made the payment while placing the order.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

Crownly.in will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer by the customers. Customer himself takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided by them.

 Refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse which may take more than 7days from pick-up date.

1. Refund should be done as per the terms and conditions mentioned above.
2. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
3. Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
4. Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing over to courier partners.
5. Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address:

7. in follows a 7 days return policy, subject to the terms and conditions. You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.
