What is 'My Account'?
From my account you get all the information related to your order(s). It gives you complete control to do the following:
Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Crownly ?
No you don’t need to open an account, when you place your first order, you will automatically get a password in your registered mail ID. You can either change the password or continue with the same password.
How can I find out if Crownly.in serve in my PIN code?
When you are on the product view page, you can type in your pin code to check the estimated delivery time and if the pin code is not serviceable, it would let you know.
How do I know, Whether my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/msg from crownly confirming the order placed. You would be provided with the order number, details of the order and the amount you have to pay/paid.
Do you take orders over the phone?
No. We do not take orders over the phone. Customer would have to place the order by themselves in crownly.in. One could call the customer care support for any difficulties faced during placing the order. Customer care number 9205 324 325.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
My Account' would provide you with complete information of your order including the status and can also track your order. In ‘My Account’, you could click on ‘My Orders’ to get the complete details of your order.
I have already placed my order. Can I add more items to the same order?
No. Once the order is placed, you wouldn’t be able to add more items in it. You can place another order for the items missed out though.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The delivery time varies from city to city. Kindly check the pin code on PDP page to get an estimated delivery time for your city. It might take between 2-7 days depending on the pin code.
Order cannot be shipped to my area. Why?
There are a few pin codes which are not yet serviceable by our courier partners. However, we are putting our efforts into adding more pin codes and hence would request you to check back after a few days.
How are orders placed on Crownly.in delivered to me?
Once the order is placed, Crownly ships the order through one of our various courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped you will get an Email and an SMS informing you the details of courier partner and an AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Further details can be trace by click in my order, select your order, click in order track.
Why did I receive only a part of my order?
The stock for the remaining items may not be available. In this case, you will receive a call from our customer care informing you the same. Only after your confirmation, the order will be shipped to you. In the unlikely situation that you are not available on your mentioned phone number, an Email will be sent to you informing the same. You could call our customer care to get more clarity on your order status.
What are the shipping charges?
A shipping charge of Rs.50 will be applicable to all orders.
How does the delivery process work?
Crownly uses reputed logistics provider/partner to deliver products to your door steps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it you.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order is placed, Crownly assigns your order to one of our logistics partners. An SMS would be sent to your registered phone number with the details of the logistics partner along with the AWB#. You can track the order by click in my order, select your order, click in order track.
RETURN AND REFUND
How do I initiate return on Crownly.in ?
Returns will be initiated online by logging into your crownly.in account, open “My Orders” section, select your order and click on return.
Do I get Cash Refund for the returns made?
Customer will get the refund in the mode in which they made the payment, either by credit card, debit card or net banking or through any wallet. If payment is made through COD, then refund will be made to the customers in your wallet in crownly.in. If customer wants refund to be made in his account, then that can also be done. Please note, the refund amount will exclude the shipping charges if paid during the purchase.
When and how can I cancel an order?
Once you have placed an order, the details of your order will be shown in your ‘My Account’. You can cancel the order within 1 hour from the time it was placed. Once the time limit of 2 hour has been lapsed, unfortunately, you would not be able to cancel the order. Before shipping your product you will get a call from our customer care for order confirmation at that time if you want to cancel your order then you can, However, if you have paid using credit card/net banking, you may choose not to accept the order at the time of delivery and we will refund the amount to you within 24 hours of non-acceptance being confirmed.
Q: I received the order. But there's an issue. Can I return my ordered items?
A: Yes you can. At crownly.in, we don't believe in making customers, but strengthening our family with happy family members. We take stringent measures to deliver Fashion Delight to our customers globally, in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that
a. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
b. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing; or
c. A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake. Amount will be refunded 4 hours after successful pickup of the item.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
You can initiate a pick up for your order / item by going into My Account > Returns / Refunds. You can initiate a pick up within 7 days after order is delivered. Alternatively, you can call us on 9205 324 325.
What is the pickup process?
Once you have initiated the process for a pick up, we request our logistic partners to arrange a pick up from your door step. They would in turn get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the items with tags intact and properly packed in a packet. Mention the order number/invoice number on top of the packet.
I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?
If you want to cancel the reverse pick up of your item Please contact our customer support team. If the item is already picked up by the Service Provider from your door step, we would not be able to cancel the return.
When are returns not possible?
When the below mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible.
How do I pay for purchase from Crownly?

Are there any hidden charges included on purchase from crownly?
There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are the final prices and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that.
How do I pay using a Net Banking?
You can pay through your Net Banking account with ICICI, HDFC, IDBI Bank, Axis Bank, SBI or any other bank.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Crownly?
All credit card and debit card payments on Crownly are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Crownly does not store any information related to any credit card or net banking of its customer.
Can I make a credit/debit card or internet banking payment on Crownly through my mobile?
Yes. You can make payment through the mobile site of Crownly.in. The mobile site too, uses trusted payment gateways, which keep your card information secured and protected.
