Once Product has shipped, then order cannot be cancel, refundable or exchange. If wrong product will be shipped, then only, product will be exchanged
without any extra charges.
The payment was made i.e. your credit card, debit card or bank account was charged but you did not receive the confirmation mail within 2 hours then you should contact the DTH shoppe support team with all the information such as order number, customer name, product name, and so on. DTH shoppe may request for additional information from you if necessary. After investigating, if the claim is verified then your money will be refunded back to you within 7 working days from the date the claim was first reported. In cases where the payment was made but the recharge id requested was marked as an invalid by the operator then this amount will be return to your account.
Refund should be made by same mode, by which payment is made.
